Privacy notice
This notice explains what personal information we collect when you use this website, why we collect it and what your rights are. We keep it short because we collect very little.
Who we are
wsn studio designs and builds websites for UK businesses. We are responsible for the personal information you share with us on this site. If you have any questions about it, email William@wsnstudio.co.uk.
What we collect
When you send us a quote, we collect your name, email address, phone number if you give it, and the choices you made in the quote builder, such as your business type, pages and features. To stop spam, we also store a scrambled version of your IP address that cannot be turned back into the original. We do not ask for payment details on this site.
Why we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, prepare your quote and, if you go ahead, deliver your website. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. We will never sell your information or add you to a mailing list without asking.
Who we share it with
Your quote is delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms and stored securely in a Supabase database hosted in London. Our website is hosted by Framer. These companies process data for us under their own security and privacy terms, and only so we can provide our service. We do not share your details with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
If you do not become a client, we delete your enquiry within 12 months. If you do, we keep project and billing records for six years, as UK tax rules require.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, have it deleted, or object to how we use it. Email William@wsnstudio.co.uk and we will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
